Our Mission
The Iowa School Board Coalition for Academic Leadership and Excellence (SCALE) exists to connect and support school board members who are committed to strong academic outcomes, informed governance, transparency, and accountability.
Through collaboration, education, and the sharing of best practices, we aim to help school boards fulfill their most important responsibility: ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education.
